I found out from Liz Marks about her other site, www.uptowntalent.com, where people can set up their own web pages to highlight their talents and ambitions as they see fit. You can set up a site as simple or as complicated as you want; Liz says it's how she's doing all of her casting now. You log in as talent and she says it's pretty self explanatory after that (There is a fee involved). Having no talent myself, I haven't gone in there and tried it. But it seems like a pretty cool thing. I've added a link over there on the left just in case you're interested.
